Getting Started

How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?

We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance for full-service wedding planning, especially for peak season (October–April in South Florida). For day-of coordination or smaller events, 3–6 months is typically sufficient. That said, reach out as soon as you have a date in mind — popular dates fill quickly.

What is your minimum wedding budget?

JMW Services typically works with wedding and event budgets starting at $35,000. This ensures we can deliver the quality, florals, décor, and coordination your celebration deserves. We're happy to discuss your specific needs during a free consultation.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary consultation where we get to know you, your vision, and your event. There's no pressure and no commitment — just a genuine conversation about your dream celebration.

How do I get started?

Our Services

What's the difference between full-service planning and day-of coordination?

Full-service planning means we're with you from the very beginning — helping you find and book vendors, design your event, manage your budget, and execute every detail. Day-of coordination means you've done the planning yourself, and we step in to manage everything on the actual day so you can relax and enjoy.

Do you provide florals and décor in-house?

Yes! This is one of the things that makes JMW Services unique. We offer in-house florals, décor, and a full rental catalog — chairs, linens, lighting, arches, photo booths, and more. You don't need to coordinate with multiple vendors; we handle it all under one roof.

What types of events do you plan beyond weddings?

We plan a wide range of celebrations including corporate galas, brand activations, baby showers, quinceañeras, birthday parties, and fashion shows. We've worked with major brands like Crocs, Target, FIFA, and CONMEBOL, and have coordinated events alongside Michelle Obama, Joe Biden, and the Dalai Lama.

Do you offer photo booth rentals separately from event planning?

Yes! Our 360° and stand-up photo booths are available as standalone rentals for any event. They include a professional attendant, props, custom overlays, and instant sharing capabilities. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Logistics & Coverage

Where do you serve?

We're based in Lake Worth, Florida, and primarily serve Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. We also travel nationally and internationally for destination weddings and large-scale events.

How many events do you take on per month?

We intentionally limit our bookings to 1–4 events per month to ensure every client receives our full attention and best work. This is why we book up quickly — we'd rather do fewer events exceptionally well than overextend ourselves.

Will Jaclen personally be at my event?

Yes. Jaclen is personally involved in every event we take on. She may be supported by her team, but she is present and hands-on throughout your event day.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

That's exactly why you hire a professional! We come prepared with an emergency kit, backup plans, and years of experience handling the unexpected. Our job is to solve problems before you even know they exist, so your day stays perfect.

Pricing & Payments

How do you charge for your services?

Our pricing is tailored to each event based on scope, services needed, and event size. We provide a detailed, transparent proposal after your consultation. There are no hidden fees — everything is outlined clearly before you sign.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your contract. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.
