Once you book, we'll start a meeting to brainstorm theme, colors, vision, location and budget. We will manage every aspect of the planning process, accompany you to all appointments. Whether we are working on design, securing rentals, hiring the venue and vendors, handling all the paperwork, your full service wedding planner does all the legwork for you, allowing you to just make the decisions. This is our most pampering service which will transform this exhausting process into a stress-free experience so you won't become a bridezilla and enjoy the day you have been dreaming your whole life for.

This is is the perfect package for those couples who wish to take a hands-on approach to the planning of their wedding, but need some direction & assistance of a professional. The Client plans the event with help and guidance from the planner. Your partial wedding planner will provide timelines, checklists, and will assist with the logistics from the date of contract until the big day. Your partial wedding planner will also be there for the day of.

A day-of wedding planner is usually hired closer to the day of and takes a huge load off of you the day of. You will meet with your day-of coordinator approximately one month before your wedding in order for your coordinator to get familiarized with every detail of your event. We will work closely with you to create a thorough time line, determine final tasks, and contact your vendors to confirm all arrangements. Your day-of planner will ensure your wedding is everything you dreamed of.

Two (2) hour consultation
Walk through of all venues
Coordination of the wedding rehearsal
Event time-line, flow and itinerary
Set-up and break-down
Coordinate, trouble-shoot and manage all aspects on the day of the event
Review of checklists with bride & groom
Full wedding day coordination
Supervision of vendor arrival and set-up
Assist the wedding party with photo schedules
Ensure proper placement of place-cards, favors, programs, and other items
Coordination with officiant and musicians
Distribution of all floral pieces
Organization of processional line-up and cues
Preparation of the Bride for walk down the aisle
Vendor cues throughout the course of the event, including assisting DJ or MC with scheduling
Supervision of meal service and other activities
Liaison for all guest questions and concerns
Collection & packing of any gifts
